Fon’s jmeters is a reimplementation of meterbridge’s ppm and vi meters. It tends to be much more accurate to how the hardware meters would respond. (Also provides stereo versions of the ppm and vu)

with jackd > 0.103 the PCM ports are renamed to system:playback_1 etc.
